Haley is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP) from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) who graduated from East Tennessee State University with her Master's of Science in Nursing degree in 2012 and from the University of Tennessee with her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree in 2006. Haley is the founder of Q-Care Medical, PLLC, a private medical practice for primary care and family medicine as of 2018 and is also the founder of our beloved Q-Care Essentials Medical Spa, PLLC! Her medical background includes neonatal ICU, labor and delivery, and pediatrics as a registered nurse (RN) and then primary care for all ages since 2012 as an FNP. She's from Bristol, TN, but has lived in Greeneville since the birth of her first child in 2009 with her husband, Matt Quillen, DVM. They have 3 healthy, beautiful boys now! In all honesty, there is no down time for this mom of 3 athletic children as she not only serves as a provider at her medical practice, but she also manages the medical practice. Additionally, she serves as the practice manager for Rocky Top Veterinary Hospital, a local veterinary clinic with her husband, the primary veterinarian.

Matt is a licensed veterinarian and is married to Haley Quillen, FNP. Together they own and operate Q-Essentials Medical Spa, Q-Care Medical, and Rocky Top Veterinary Hospital. Matt was born and raised in Greeneville, TN where he was an honor student and two sport athlete at Greeneville High School. After accepting a football scholarship to Tusculum College Matt suffered a shoulder injury that forced him away from the gridiron. It was at that time that he met Haley, the love of his life. Matt joined Haley the following year in attending the University of Tennessee where he majored in Animal Science and Pre-Veterinary Medicine. He then spent the next seven years at UT Knoxville where he completed his undergraduate degree as well as his doctorate in veterinary medicine. After graduation, Matt and Haley moved back to Greeneville and after just two short years in 2011, they opened Rocky Top Veterinary Hospital. In 2017 they opened Q-Care Medical, and they are now together launching Q-Essentials Medical Spa. In addition to being a full-time veterinarian, Matt is in charge of equipment acquisition, equipment maintenance and facilities upkeep at all three clinics. His true passion in life is his family as he and Haley have three beautiful boys. Matt enjoys coaching his boys in multiple sports in his spare time and also enjoys spending time with the family Golden Retriever, Sullivan. As a result of Matt's older sports-related injuries, his primary interests in the medical spa are float pod sensory deprivation, massage therapy, and pain laser therapy.

I was born in Morristown, TN. I've lived in Greene County for 14+ years. I have been an LPN for 16+ years. I am married to my husband, Shane, and we have a son, Avyn, and 3 cats as well. I enjoy shopping, traveling, and decorating. I have a passion for loving and caring for people. Self-care is a must for everyone. I can't wait to help you become a more confident and healthy YOU!

I was born and raised in Greene County and graduated from South Greene. I absolutely love working at the spa. I am learning a lot of different types of ways to care for your health and body over all each day. I am a certified CMA and love learning all the ways to help your wellness! I also have two cocker spaniels, who are my world. My family means the world to me! I love spending time at the lake during the summer and just enjoying time with my family and friends. I graduated from Chuckey Doak High School and recently completed the Medical Assistant program from Walter State. I'm now a certified CMA! My favorite things to do is travel, shop, and spend time with family and friends. I have been with my boyfriend, Gage, for over 2+ years and we have a German Shepherd, Knox. I'm looking forward to helping people relax and unwind!

Chris Chervanik, LMT, Licensed Massage Therapist

My name is Chris Chervanik. I am a young, aspiring massage therapist. I have two beautiful daughters and a beautiful woman who I plan to spend my life with. I am trained in Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and lymphatic massages; with these massages I can utilize hot stones and cupping as well. There is not an obstacle that I cannot overcome. I will work to obtain the best results for you during your massage appointments with me. My plan for the future is physical therapy as I currently have a degree in exercise science. I would be happy to offer advice on how you can keep your body healthy and strong. I enjoy helping people and there’s no better way than starting with relaxation.

Lyndsey is a Licensed Aesthetician. She is a graduate of Bristol School of Hair Design & Esthetics. She is also a certified Lash Artist. She specializes in a variety of aesthetic services such as waxing, lash extensions, facials, dermaplaning, acne treatments. She is from Greeneville, TN and is the mother of two children who absolutely keep her on her toes! Lyndsey began her career in skincare after her own struggles with acne. Knowing first hand both the physical and emotional tolls it can take on you Lyndsey dedicated herself to helping others achieve their skin goals and working with them to learn to love the skin they're in!

Summer Day, LMT, Licensed Massage Therapist

I am licensed massage therapist as of LMT and I continue to grow my knowledge in other various areas with upcoming Gwahsaw as well as cupping of the face for sinus relief and facial swelling, in hopes to bring these new services to the medical spa! Currently, I am trained in Swedish, deep tissue, and prenatal massages; with these massages I can utilize hot stones and cupping as well. I also have training in acupressure, specifically for anxiety and depression, as well as reflexology. I feel I would be best in a medical spa as I prefer to heal those in need, rather than just serve for relaxation purposes only! A little about me is that I'm a plant enthusiast, I am a homeschool mother, I love to hammock camp, and I love to spend time with my son and dog!
